We endeavour to supply all items in good condition but, as we deal with over 100 different suppliers, inevitably there will be times when this fails to happen. Due to whatever reason if you are not satisfied with any item purchased from automodelli studio please do not hesitate to contact us immediately.
Any new item purchased from Automodelli Studio should be in good and complete condition. If any item fails to meet this criteria, please contact us as soon as possible. We will endeavour to correct any mistake, whether by us or a manufacturer/supplier.
Any item sent uninsured is at customers risk. We are not responsible for damage in transit between Automodelli Studio and the customer. If insured, we will assist in the pursuit of damages. We recommend all kits should be sent registered mail which also has $100 insurance cover, sufficient to cover the costs of replacing most kits.
All built models will be sent insured only. See Shipping Rates for charges.
Missing Parts. We will be happy to contact the manufacturer to obtain any part that is missing from kits supplied by us. This can take some time due to identifying the part and the fact that many manufacturers do not speak English. Failing to obtain the missing part, we will offer a full refund including postage.
Items supplied incorrectly will be replaced free of charge including postage charges.
Any item that has been supplied correctly but wrongly ordered may be returned, but there will be 30% admin fee deducted from any refund.
