back SMTS took over the Scale Racing Cars range they are
now re-releasing them as more up to date kits and factory
built models and at good prices too.
A new series of DVD's comes highly recommended, titled
Gentleman's Motor Racing Dairy available in 19 volumes
and cover Rallies, Le Mans, European GP's as well as the
Tourist Trophy from Goodwood, Aintree, Silverstone from
the 1950's to 1970's and at under $20 per volume.
Model Assemblies and Marsh Models have teamed up to produce
a new range of high quality models to be sold under the
Bentley Classic Models label. This range of 1/43rd scale
white metal models are being produced in close conjunction
with Bentley Motors. The first model in the series is
BCM1 1956 Graber bodied S1 Drop Head Coupe, of which only
2 were produced. The model is available to order with
either the hood stowed under the tonneau (BCM/1A) or with
the hood raised (BCM/1B). Such fine detail extends to
the tiny ' Graber' script on the front wings and even
a pair of driver's gloves on the front seat of the open
car and a Panama hat in the closed version. The model
comes fitted to a detailed plinth and is protected by
a clear display case. The model is presented in a deep
green box with the Bentley logo on the lid.
We are releasing a basic kit series (BKS) kits will be
sold without decals/instructions but with all necessary
parts to build a basic model. There are many aftermarket
decals available from decal printers such as DMC, AB Decals,
Colorado, Decals 43 etc. We will have the following kits
available shortly and more in the future. Price for these
donor kits is $65
