It has been brought to our attention yet again that there have been more fake models on e-bay. This time it’s BBR’s but it can also apply to any hand built limited edition model like MR Collection or LP Creation. BBR limited edition models do not retail at $50 more like $350 so if there are BBR or any of the other hand built ranges with start prices so low then they are guaranteed to be fakes. These of cause all come out of China and there is no value in a $50 Chinese rip off. Don’t be an idiot you are only wasting your money and making some rip off bastard rich.

We have just acquired a small supply of Nissan Skyline GTR-R32’s these are plastic kits by Rosso a Japanese manufacture, now out of production. This kit is the 1991 Spa 24hr winner as driven by David Brabham. Kit $75 each or built P.O.A.

Ron Thorp’s 289 AC Cobra from 1965 is just about ready. This will be available as the open version as use at hill-climbs usually number 69 or with hardtop as used at the race circuits. The open car comes with factory nudge bars and overrider’s front & rear. The hardtop version with just the overrider’s. A later season version can be built with bonnet power bulge as the car was race after Webber carbs were fitted. Reference HRM002 please state which version you require, images next month.
